Insulin Kanji

Insulin Kanji ( Porridge)

Healthy Main Dish Dinner Recipe ( Healthy diabetic and Low -cholesterol recipe)

Ingredients

Broken wheat - 1 cup

Green gram - 1/2 cup

Fenugreek seed - 1/4 cup

Salt - As required

Water - 2 1/2 cup

Preparation

1. Boil broken wheat, green gram, fenugreek seed, salt and water 

    together in a pressure cooker

2. Once it's cooked to perfection switch off the flame.

3. Insulin kanji is ready
